Joe has remained a top producing Realtor in the Chicago real estate market for the last decade. Creating the team concept of real estate after only a few years in the business, Joe personally mentored and trained his agents and his team continued to grow. Three years later, Joe was approached by Prudential Real Estate to bring a New Construction focus to the companies Chicago real estate office. Accepting the offer, Joe’s team of eight agents produced one third of the office volume of forty-five agents. Continuing to gain market presence, Joe, drawn back by fondness and loyalty, along with his team, rejoined his original broker from Coldwell Banker as she opened a Re/Max office. While at Re/Max he ranked 17th in team volume Internationally, as he further developed his approach to management and, ultimately, ownership. In January of 2003 Joe sadly parted ways with his good friend at Re/Max and opened his own company. His belief in the internet and technology, along with proper training and mentoring, was the direction he felt he needed to propel his team to success. Always an advocate for the client, Joe imparts to every agent at Chicago Home Estates, “It is your client’s best interest that rules.” Possessing a strong knowledge of Chicago’s New Construction Market, colleagues from other company regularly seek his advice. “It is quality, not quantity that matters; in our inventory of Chicago real estate, our database of buyers, our builder clients and lastly, our agents.” Specializing in condominiums, luxury single family homes, townhomes & lofts in Andersonville, Albany Park, Avondale, Bowmanville, Bridgeport, Bucktown, Budlong Woods, Buena Park, East Village, Edgebrook, Edgewater, Edgewater Glen, Edison Park, Garfield Park, Gold Coast, Graceland, Greektown, Hollywood Park, Humbolt Park, Hyde Park, Irving Park, Jefferson Park, Kenwood, Lake Meadows, Lakeview, Lakewood-Balmoral, Lawndale, Lincoln Park, Lincoln Square, Little Italy, Little Village, Logan Square, Mayfair, Near North, Noble Square, North Center, North Edgebrook, Norwood, Oakland, Old Irving, Old Town, Peterson Park, Pilsen, Portage Park, Prairie Shores, Printers Row, Ravenswood, River North, River West, Rogers Park, Roscoe Village, Sauganaush, Sheridan Park, Southport Corridor, South Edgebrook, South Loop, South Shore, Streeterville, Tri Taylor, Ukrainian Village, University Village, Uptown, West Loop, West Rogers Park, Wicker Park, Woodlawn, Wrigleyville & all other neighborhoods of Chicago. |
