Jeff has 14 years of sales and marketing experience, 6 of which were concentrated in Internet Marketing. Extensive history in project management has seasoned Jeff in successfully facilitating all the necessary parties to see a project through to goal in the most efficient ways. This expertise has been a great asset in his Real Estate deals to date as selling or buying a property is most definitely a project to manage. In addition to a degree in mass communications, Jeff studied architectural and interior design at Harrington Institute in Chicago. We worked with Jeff for four transactions (buying and selling a house and buying and selling a condo) and had a great experience each time. We were extremely worried about the last transaction -- selling a condo in a very competitive market in late 2006. But we sold quickly and at a great price, despite the fact that very similar properties, priced aggressively, were available on the same block.

“I met Jeff at an Open House I wandered into almost 3 years ago and shortly after having just decided to start looking for a condo. We just started talking about the market and what kind of places were out there for the money. I had originally started looking in the Lakeview area on my own and was already quite discouraged by how much I couldn’t get for the money. Jeff talked to me about different neighborhoods and about how going just a little bit north or west of where I had been looking could garner me more square footage and perhaps even the second bedroom I wanted. In what was a relatively short amount of time that day, he had me leaving quite encouraged and anxious to get on with my home shopping. At Jeff’s suggestion we went out for the first time to visit different neighborhoods so that I could get a feel for what they each had to offer. I was pleasantly surprised at what a difference it made for my goals. I ended up finding what has been the perfect place for me, complete with 2 bedrooms and a nicely laid out floor plan and great outdoor space. I got everything I wanted and I’m as happy here now as I was when I bought it. I wouldn’t have ended up with this condo I love had it not been for Jeff. “I will not forget this guy. I had only owned my condo for a little over a year when I found out I was being transferred to the west coast. I had bought into the place on my own and after having been there a while found out I paid more probably because of that. That just made me even more nervous about taking a hit when selling so soon. I was referred to Jeff by a guy I worked with at the time, who had sold his place with Jeff the year prior. He came highly recommended and I gave him a call and set up a meeting at my place. He completely understood my situation and was also very up front about managing my expectations going forward. I made it clear if I could just break even, I would be happy. Before putting it on the market, Jeff suggested some “staging”. I was quite aware that I was challenged in that area and had never figured out what to do with the décor in general. Jeff said I should be encouraged as I had the right essentials and with just a boost, it could make all the difference. I had a bit of money to throw at getting it ready. Jeff said that amount was more than needed and with a bit less, I could achieve something that seemed like much more. He wasn’t kidding. This guy jumped fully into what to do. He suggested some accent painting, moving furniture around in the living room, dining area and bedrooms, as well as, picking up some accent pieces for the walls and spending a little bit of money on my deck that to date just had a grill sitting on it. I liked all of his ideas and was up for all of it. He was even so kind as to offer to go shopping with me one afternoon. I indeed came in under my budget and I was amazed at what I got for the money. He hooked me up with a painter that was quite reasonable and then after that came over to help me lay everything out. I couldn’t believe it when it was all put together. He’s a wizard! He made that place seem at least 30 % bigger than it had before and it looked amazing. I couldn’t believe it was the same place. It was on the market less than 3 weeks and I not only broke even but walked away with some gravy money to boot. Jeff went way above and beyond the call of duty and I’m most certain it wouldn’t have played out the same without him. I couldn’t have been happier with the outcome.”
