We had been searching for an affordable multi unit building for some time with little success. Then, some trusted friends who spoke very highly of Austin introduced us to him. Upon our first meeting, we knew almost immediately that he’d be our buyer’s agent. Austin came up with a number of listings that were very attractive and we soon wrote an offer on a very nice three flat.
Initially, we had intended on working without a Realtor in order to save a few dollars. That just turned out to be a headache. Austin ended up saving us a good deal of money by negotiating the seller down substantially from list price.
