I was wondering for those who have the financial ability, would it be to their advantage to buy up the foreclosed homes, turn them into HUD, or some other government kind of housing for a period of time as an investment? They would not only have a guaranteed rent payment every month but maybe even some kind of a tax break?? This would not have to be only in the low class areas but in all areas. The government is making the middle class homeless as well as those already in poverty areas. What do you think?
