Mortgages aren’t like houses are they? You can’t see it. With a house we can see it as many times as we need to, we can go in the morning, at night, drive around the neighborhood, whatever. We can narrow it down to a couple of places and really compare them.
With a mortgage how can you do that? Most of my clients get mortgages over the phone or online. Many home buyers only talk to one lender. They never get a bottomline monthly payment along with closing cost. This leaves them a lot of anxiety and sometime some serious suprises.
