Asphalt, shingle, stucco, and adobe facades should be inspected by a qualified house inspector to ensure there is no significant damage. Consider the color of your exterior, too. A lavender house with pastel green trim will only appeal to a very select group of people but a cream color with white trim will appeal to a more general audience.
