Preparing the Exterior of Your Home

Fencing

The fencing on and around your property offers another great opportunity to have your home shine! Any metal chain-link fencing should be clean and free from rust. Most minor rust can be easily removed with a rust/lime/calcium cleaner. At times, the damage rust can do to chain-link fences is too severe for a simple cleaning to address. If this is the case, have the fencing replaced. The same thing goes for privacy fences; any damaged or missing slats should be replaced. Depending on the type of fencing used, repairs may be as simple as replacing the individual damaged slats, whereas other, more complicated fencing, may require entire sections to be replaced. A landscaping contractor will be your best resource should you decide to seek outside assistance.
