The beautiful and historic Graceland West Neighborhood is named after the world famous cemetery it borders. Some of this country’s greatest literary and historic names have been laid to rest there. From Irving Park north to Montrose north and Clark Street west to Ashland, Graceland’s housing stock is predominately turn of the century and upscale single family homes. The street of Greenview is home to two Frank Lloyd Wright houses as well as many others designed and built by other students of the Arts and Crafts school of architecture.
Graceland is also a short walking distance to both Wrigley Field and the Southport Corridor. This vibrant shopping and dining area is has grown to be one of the most desirable night life destinations in the city but is far enough away as not to interfere with the tranquility of the homestead. It is also situated equi-distance between both the Red and Brown line El stops to downtown. Statistics by Zip Code:
