We have engaged in a unique neighborhood-based strategy designed to motivate disadvantaged teens to stay in school as they learn the skills necessary to succeed. For the 2008-2009 school year, Holy Trinity enrolled approximately 400 students, with a vast majority from families for whom private school tuition is a great financial burden, requiring more than $1.5 million in financial aid. The current student population includes 41% Hispanic, 53% African-American, 4% Bi-Racial/Other, and 2% Caucasian.
