The Ranch Triangle Neighborhood is solidly tucked between Bucktown, just to the West, and Lincoln Park on the East. Ranch Triangle's central proximity to the North side of Chicago makes it very commuter friendly with service by both the CTA's Red and Brown Lines, while the North Ave bus can take you a short trip to the West and access to the Blue Line "El." The North limit of the neighborhood begins at the West border, which is comprised fully of the North Branch of the Chicago River (from ~1500W to ~1000W), and Cortland St (1900N), East to Racine Ave (1200W), North to Armitage Ave (2000N), and West to Halsted St (800W), the East edge; and the South boundary is North Ave (1600N).

"RANCH" is an acrostic for Racine, Armitage, North, Chicago River, and Halsted, the boundaries of the neighborhood. Steeped in urban culture and rich history, cross segments of nearly every Chicago demographic make this area home; marketed as Historic Ranch Triangle, with emphasis on architecture, boutiques, and fine dining. Dominated by a strong business presence on the western side of the neighborhood and a permeating residential neighborhood feel in the eastern portion, Ranch Triangle promises to be a foothold of diversity and comfortable city life for many years to come.

Real estate in Ranch Triangle is dominated heavily by Condos, although a few Single Family Homes still remain.
