The Illinois Institute of Art is located in the Merchandise Mart and one of Northwestern University’s campuses call River West home making this a high-traffic location for students and up-and-coming artists. Transportation is also not a problem in this heavily congested area with trains and buses and more cabs than you would care to see in a lifetime!
