Chicago Real Estate's MLS New Listing Search searches for only "new" listings or listings posted within the previous seven days. Search for your home using the 'New on the Market' search engine and your search results will be limited to new listings that have been posted to the MLS in the past seven days and that meet the requirements you specify in regards to the number of bedrooms or whether you'd prefer a townhouse or condo property type.

Also, buyers that have been searching the market for any length of time can benefit from a new listing search by removing old listings that have already been reviewed.
